I have a cute little story to share. This morning on our way to school we passed a field with some cattle in it. Jacob said, "Mom, what's that on that cow's ear?" I replied, "It's a tag." "What's it on there for?" "I don't really know," was my reply partly because I'm really not sure, and partly because if I tried to explain what I thought the reasoning was, I knew it would lead to more questions that I didn't have the answer for, and I couldn't have my boy thinking his mommy was an idiot. Jacob's reply..."Maybe it's a cow yard sale." Too cute! :)
