8th Game

The 8th and last game of regular season play was on June 4th.  I think Jacob's face right here tells it all!

 After two or three pitchers, Jacob was brought in to get us out of the inning.  Later on, Coach tried two more pitchers and had to put Jacob in a second time, to get us out of that inning as well.

 And if Jacob's face didn't tell the story, Matthew's surely will...

 Mom, did you say we could go to CRACKER BARREL!

 "Coach, please put Bubby back in to pitch so we can get this game over and get with supper!"

 Umm, this was supposed to be a picture of Jacob scoring...

 At least I got a picture AFTER he scored!  ;)

 Uh oh...Tyler made it to the front of the line tonight!  :)

 "That's okay, I'll just beat him back to the dugout!"  Boys...they are SO silly!

 Sweet Baby Annzley!  Such a doll!

 Since we were going to be attending a revival that started later in the week, we thought that was the last game that Jacob would play with the Reds and I took a few extra pictures after the game...

 "REDS!!!"

 Matthew finally made it to Cracker Barrel!  Our waitress remembered us from previous visits and called Matthew "Bubba" all night since that's what she always heard us call him...and she remembered what he wanted to eat and drink.  :)

 Oh my!  He has his daddy's mouth.

 Mamaw Shela went with us and ended up not feeling well at all.
