Jacob's 7th game was on May 28th. (At least that's the date on the pictures from that game...I honestly can't remember at this point.)
National Anthem
This is what Matthew thinks about the game. (He can make some of the weirdest faces!) ;)
And this is what Jacob thinks about the game...
Playing short stop. (Jacob's coach spent the entire season trying to find another pitcher for the team, so MOST games he would start someone else and bring Jacob in later on. However, the other teams would usually have already scored AT LEAST 10 runs, and more at times...and usually in the first inning. Several games Jacob had to come in just to get his team out of the first inning. Also, I don't say that to brag on Jacob, but to show that the scores usually weren't accurate indicators of our team's ability.)
Now he's doing what he loves! :)
He admitted to me once that he sometimes hides his smile behind his glove. ;)
Peek-a-boo, Momma!
The most important part of any game...trying to be first to line up for the handshake. I've never been really sure why we call this a handshake...it's more like a run-through-hand-slap.
